Our Lady Immaculate Catholic School ultimately operates under the bishop of the Diocese of Lake Charles. The Superintendent of the Diocese is the liaison between the bishop and the school. Our Lady Immaculate Catholic School is “owned” by Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church whose pastor offers guidance, spiritual, and financial support to the school. The principal of Our Lady Immaculate Catholic School is responsible for the day to day operations of the school and all school programming. In addition, several parent advisory boards assist the principal in the decision making process.
